Manual allocation of the onboarding checklist does not bypass the delay duration

edited Mar 2, 2023 11:00AM in Journeys 1 comment

Hello,

We are facing an issue regarding the manual allocation of the onboarding checklist. According to what I have read in previous posts, when a checklist/journey is manually allocated or assigned, the parameters related to automatic assignment like Actions, Action Reasons, Events, Eligibility Profile, Allocation Criteria, Days for Initiation, Delay Duration, etc. are not evaluated.

Yet in our case, the assignee is unable to see the tasks that have the delay duration until those days have passed. Is it normal to evaluate the Delay Duration of the task even though the Manual Allocation is supposed to bypass all these features?
