Handling Grade step progression when future assignment row exists.
Summary:
Grade step progression errors out for employees having future dates assignment change transactions.
Is there feasibility to add a row even though a future row exists( Future could just be a manager change and al other assignment parameter remains same) in addition to that the manager change change row should have and additional effective sequence row having the grade rate updates.
Please let me know if anything been tried to handle Grade step progression when future assignment row exists.
