Is there a way to have the Material Required By Date before the Work Order Start Date

Summary:

Customer is using Work Order Picking for Maintenance Work Orders. When they generate picks, the pick uses the Required Date from the Material list. They want to have a material date offset, so that the required date for the materials can be a week before the work order start date. The system does not allow the date to be changed before the work order start date.

1. Setting the Work Order Start Date a week earlier than required, but this then provides other challanges
2. Adding a dummy operation at the start for the material, but also setting the WO Start Date a week early. This still has its challenges.
