Hi All, we are implementing PPM for our public sector client. There is a federal requirement to print SEFA report from Oracle which lists all the details of expenditures along with amount allocated to sub-recipients. I want to know where exactly should we ask customer to capture the sub-recipient information, is it award, project or contract ?
