Application Group sync between EBS on Premise and IDCS

Summary:

Is there a way to sync EBS Application Groups to IDCS (foundation Edition) .

Content (required):

We know there is an option to upload a manual User.csv file to IDCS.

Basically, 2 things are needed:

1. Option to Upload the groups associated with each user from EBS to IDCS.

2. Option to link users to groups in IDCS if the same is not possible in step 1 above.

It is required in IDCS foundation edition
