Has anyone had any issues with Hiring Managers not being able to preview CV's

in Taleo Enterprise 13 comments

Summary:

We have a group of Hiring Managers for which the CV preview button is not working, they get the following:

Preview not supported for the given file format

This is not happening to all of our HM's just a small group. Is this to with their version of Adobe?
