Is R12 Cash Management Manual Clear Transaction still available in Oracle Cloud Cash Management?

Summary:

in R12 EBS, there's a functionality in Cash Management for Manually Clearing and Unclearing. Does the functionality still exist in Oracle Cloud?

We have a requirement to clear payable transactions in Cash Management without reconciling with Bank Statement. In R12 we could use Bank Statement: Manual Clearing to complete this, but in Oracle Cloud we can't find this functionality.

Can we still use this function in Oracle Cloud? And if so, how can we do that.
