Can we set approval flow only for one position/requisition which will be auto approved

There is one requirement from client:

1-They are going to hire 300 Candidates for one requisition .For all 300 cases, offer approvals should be auto approved in the system.

Please confirm in that case how can we set rule in offer approval so all will be self auto approve.
