Two way messaging 22D Configuration.

Summary: Hi, we have set up the two-way messaging, messaging in TEST pods and try to test, as a recruiter was able to send message to external candidate and also received the email by candidate however when the candidate respond to email, it doesn't reflect on the message Tab after running "Run the Scheduled Process for Inbound Messages"

Also since it was part of Recruiting Booster does it requires additional license? If yes what is the details of the license needed?
