How to change section label and add extra section under create offer phase

Hi Team,

We need to change the label for “attachments- reference Check/BH Approval” to “ Business Head(Hiring/Salary approval)” in the create offer section, Please let us know how to change the section label, and We need to create one more section called “IT/Admin Infra Structure" and add dff columns in the section, please let us know how can we achieve this.
