Without completing the onboarding task from journeys recruiters should not convert the employee

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are triggering the “onboarding checklist” when the candidate is in add pending work stage so our requirement is without completing the onboarding task from journeys, recruiters should not convert the employee from pending worker to worker.

If the above requirement is not feasible then let us know how can we restrict, converting pending workers to workers without filling all the fields in converting the pending worker to worker page.
