Is it possible to configure milestones based on Category/sub category?

Hi Team
We have use case where we need to define milestone based on category or sub category.
e.g.
If category is 'Absence' then resolution time is 5 days
If category is 'Payroll' then resolution time is 3 days
If category is 'Grievances' then resolution time is 15 days
I dont find category attribute while defining milestone. Can anyone please confirm the feasibility to achieve this use case in redwood helpdesk extending through VB studio or application composer?
