Summary:

Notification email sent to Recruiter when a Requisition is Assigned to them.

Content (required): Is there a way to create a notification that is sent to a Recruiter when a Requisition is assigned to them or is updated to a different Recruiter? I did see there was an idea in the idea lab it that it was under review with Oracle, but that was in 2017. Wasn't sure if this might have been an enhancement.
