Rating model drop down value is coming wrong

Summary:

Hi Everyone.

When i create a job model profile and add the Functional competency, the Minimum Proficiency Level drop down values are coming wrong. The Drop Down values are coming from different rating model which i did not tag in the Item catalog. Any idea why this is happening?
