Looking for the Milestone Billing and Customer Acceptance revenue contingencies setup and removal event

There is a requirement to bill 90% upon shipment and 10% customer acceptance. Is it possible to achieve this with Milestone Billing and Customer Acceptance revenue contingencies? Please can I get the setup details and the process flow from Order management to Receivables cloud.
