Storing the documents in recruiting application and accessing them as link in candidate notification

Summary:

We need few documents to be accessed as links in the candidate notification,we cannot place them on external sites due to legal restrictions.

We also tried attaching the documents in candidate notification of type "Automated Job Application Notification" but couldn't and have understood that an idea is raised for the same and it could be available in future releases.

So now we want to check if there is any way of storing the documents in recruiting application and access them as link in candidate notification (recruiting content library).
