End Dated values no longer appear in OTBI reports

We have end dated a number of Sickness Reasons (sub reasons), which used to pull through on OTBI reporting, these no longer appear after being end dated

Content (required):

Our reporting contains an Absence type (Sickness/Annual Leave etc) and a sub reason.

The sub reasons where applicable appeared on the report (all sickness must have one). These have recently been updated in cloud, with some end dated and some added. The end dated ones no longer appear on the historic absences they were associated with - despite still being there in the "front end".

We have identified that some of our system processes were scheduled to stop on 31/12/2022 so it may be a process stopped running and is no longer synchronizing values, but i am unsure on what process this would be
