Add task/link/button to page using Page Composer that leads to Internal Supplier Registration page

Summary:

It appears there isn't a deep link that will take me to the Internal Supplier Registration page.

Can I use the button action on the commandMenuItem to either

-add a new commandMenuItem to a page

or

-add a URL and link to the internal supplier registration page?

In my testing, the link gets created with the text of Request New Supplier, but the link doesn't load, page fails to load.
