Task Notification Behavior

Hi everyone,


We have a user who had 69 notifications Task notifications. They said that the next day the number dropped down to one. The user told us they did not press the "dismiss all button" and we do not have a scheduled process to clear out all of the notifications.


Has anyone faced a similar issue or may know of another reason this may have happened? We are looking to see if the community has any suggestions on items to check before logging an SR.
