Hi,
We currently use DAR for all of our requisitions, however have a new request to have a different approval path set up based on the employee status on the requisition.
Current State, DAR includes Recruiter, HM, HMA , and a functional role we have (position control).. I would like to set a rule to say when the requisition employee status = contractual the approval path should be
- HM
- Recruiter.
I tried to set this up in our stage environment, but it is not behaving as expected. I have never had to set up a DAR myself so don't have full knowledge on it. Wanted to get some insight from others and see if mabye I set it up incorrectly, or perhaps this isn't possible at all?
