Need to check duplicate candidates on the External career site

Summary:

HI

While a candidate apply for a Job on the External career site, I want to check the duplicates.

Sometimes one candidate can apply for a Job Requisition multiple times using different email IDs and system also allows him to apply with different email IDS.

I want system should not allow the candidates to apply for a Job Requisition who has already present in system. At least check duplicates by 'DOB and National Identifiers' on the External career site only.
