Use of Opportunity Marketplace by not having Internal Job Posting

Summary:

I write here to have support in understanding how to manage the Opportunity Marketplace, which will become the default from the next release.

In particular, reading through all the documentation relating to the Opportunity Marketplace, I realized that it was primarily structured for internal job posting. In our company, however, there is no possibility to implement internal job posting, so employees are not allowed to apply for jobs. The only activity that would be useful for us is the possibility for employees to do a referral for external candidates.

Content (required):

Therefore, we would need to understand how to make not visible all those features of the Opportunity Marketplace that allow unlicensed activities such as letting users search and filter through job requisitions to find relevant ones to apply to or perform job application related actions like scheduling interviews, or reviewing offers. We would like employees accessing the opportunity marketplace to only refer suitable external candidates to job applications.

Howdy, Stranger!
