Filter/Sort Job Applications by Flexfields (EFF)

Summary:

Filter/Sort Job Applications by Flexfields (EFF)

Content (required):

Hello, is there currently a way to filter/sort job applications in a requisition using flexfields (EFF)? In ORC, we have candidate extra information which we create using EFFs, and we use these fields to enter relevant candidate information (candidate ranking, etc.). Can we use these created EFFs to filter on candidate job applications, particularly when in Grid View?

For example, each candidate job application is assigned a specific candidate ranking (1-lowest, 5-highest) using the created EFF. If there are hundreds of applications in the requisition, recruiters would want to filter on candidates with a candidate ranking of 5 first, or sort the candidates where those on top are with the candidate ranking 5 and so on.

Howdy, Stranger!
