How to use temporary memory do DML operation on table data on UI store in ADP

Summary:

Hi I have 1 requirement where 5 records are coming from SDP (approver's email, name, desgination, emp_no ) which is maximum 5 rows now user can manipulate like delete or edit approver's email and submit for approval in some cases he can choose 5 and submit for approval but in some case he can choose 2,3 or 4 as well mean he can delete 3,2,1 approvers from list but this should not impact SDP(5 record) which is a static list we cannot update backend.

I need a way to handle this Scenerio on UI only

Help me to achieve the same.
