Workforce Compensation plan display order not as expected

Hello experts,

we configure compensation plan with the same name each year.

We started in 2017 by creating compensation plan called "PIANO MERITOCRATICO 2017 Q-I-O".

We are configuring PIANO MERITOCRATICO 2023 Q-I-O but it seems to appear after PIANO MERITOCRATICO 2022 Q-I-O even if the display order is 2 for 2022 plan and 1 for 2023.

Which configuration determines compensation plan display order? It follows the alphabetical order or the Order display defined in plan setup?
