How to add a button in Candidate Search page using Sandbox

Summary:

As per the requirement we need to add a button(so this button should re-direct to Add candidate page) in Candidate Search page

Our client want to create a candidate manually so currently we need to navigate to Candidate Search page and then click on Search button then need to click on Add button it is totally confusing to the recruiter so they requested to add a button in Candidate Search page it self so that user can create manually
