Is it possible to customize AbsenceApprovalEmailNotification report to get Absence Balance included?

Summary:

We need to somehow modify the data model so that the absence balance of the absence type from the absence request gets displayed on the report.

Content (required):

There is a template that exists on the system so that when someone requests a leave, this template is used so that the manager gets customized reports concerning the absence and person details.


The manager can then approve or deny or perform any other actions concerning the transaction.


We know the report that is to be generated and sent to managers is located in analytics.

Shared Drive > Human Capital Management > Workflow Notifications > AbsenceApprovalNotificationReport.xdo which is linked to the data model AbsenceApprovalEmailNotification.xdm located in the subfolder “Data Models”.
