Not Working: Add the Job Requisition Field to Job Details

Summary:

My intent is to try out creating Job Requisition templates for a Job and then attach it to a Job.

Its not working, for some reason I dont see the field 'Requisition Template' in the Job Details area.

the steps I took are listed below 

Within HCM Experience Design Studio >> I went to the Action = Job Details and in the existing rule below marked the field Requisition Template = Visible + Non Mandatory.

And did the same above step for the Action = Create Job

 

However It does not show up in the Job section >> Manage Job >> Job >> Job Details.

 

I created a model profile for a Job and that showed up automatically within the Job (so that part I am good)
