Hello,

our client requested a process to collect Job Requisition needs from Manager side.

Since Recruiters (the actors that actually are involved in the Job Requisition creation phase) use templates, we create a blank Template for Manager in order to collect their requisition needs. Then, we give the instruction to the Manager to enter in the Hiring Team section the Recruiter name whom has to view the details of the Job Requisition and click on Save and Close (not on Submit).

Then, the Recruiter can access the Job Requisition and change the template most useful for the specific position; in this case, the Hiring Team section is not update with the information contained in the template selected by the Recruiter but it continuous to remain the information entered by the Manager.
