Job Requisition Descriptive Flexfield- Multiple Choice

Summary:

On our Job Requistions we have a drop down (DFF) for Medical requirements for the role, at the moment they can only pick one from the drop down but we need people to be able to select multiple as the role may require for example and Eye test and a Safety Medical, is this possible? Ive looked in the Job Requisition Descriptive Flexfield and the value set and I cant see a way to do this.
