Summary:

When a pending worker accepts their offer they get an email with a link to Oracle and to reset their password but it expires within 48 hours and this is causing a lot of issues as people just dont do it then the link expires and we have reset manually.

We had go round it with agencies but Ive been told its not Flexible/automated as agents one. Oracle is providing out of box setup for Agencies, so every time an agent is created it will automatically take that Category. But in Pending worker case, if we create a custom Category every time a pending worker is created we need to manually update the user category on that user account.
