Any possibility to add a new card in Talent Profile page

We need to add a dedicated card in Talent profile page like Goals/Performance Documents/Documents of Records etc..

As per our customer, we need to add a dedicated card in Talent profile page like Goals/Performance Documents/Documents of Records etc..

Is there any possibility to add the same? Tried with HCM design studio but still we are not able to do it. Anyone else faced similar issue and able to add new section?
