I followed following steps to hide the 'Workspace Application' in Notification

1. Navigate to BPM Work list (Setup and Maintenance >> Search for "Manage Task Configurations for Procurement")

2. In the search field search for Expense

3. Select the task "RespondToQstnrFyi"

4. Click on Notifications and Edit the task.

5. Check the box for "Hide End User Web URL in notification"

The Changes were not found.
