Need to fetch last 4 months previous balance of previous year for the current year calculation

Hi All,
For US Legislation, I have a requirement in order to fetch the last 4 months payroll processed balances on assignment level
Example:
Sep 2022 = Payroll Run Balance = $2000
Oct 2022 = Payroll Run Balance = $2000
Nov 2022 = Payroll Run Balance = $2000, in the Dec 2022 the annual salary correction occurs
Dec 2022 = Payroll Run Balance = $2200
So last 4 months of previous year 2022 accumulated which is $8200.
While current year of January 2023, I need to fetch the last 4 months of previous year balance 2022 ($8200) to perform some calculation with reference to that balance value. How to fetch only those 4 months balances ?
If we use YTD, it will fetch remaining months balance also.
