Custom Content section greyed field behaves differently in different environments

Hi,

Please see the below screenshots.

Navigation > My client groups > Profiles > Person Profile and Position Profile.

Add/create a section called Special Project.

It has a field called Project name. It is greyed out. But in one pod it is appearing as Hide and in another pod it is appearing as Summary.

Question - if it is greyed out why is it appearing Hidden in one and summary view in other? What setting controls this?
