Has anyone implemented retro functionality on User Defined Tables ?

Summary:

I would like to know if someone implemented retro functionality on user defined tables. I don't see any entity for user defined table in the Retro event group.

Business case: Retirement rates are stored in UDT and Element Fast formula is reading them to find the rate from the UDT. If retirement rates are updated retroactively, the retro event should be triggered on the retirement element.

If anyone implemented this functionality, please share your thoughts. If retro can't be triggered automatically, I would like to know the manual steps - probably adding a retro event notification using HDL. Any steps and HDL examples will be appreciated. Thanks !
