Has anyone tried to Bulk Load new Individual Compensation Plans?

Summary:

I have hundreds of Individual Compensation plan to create. Is there a way to load it all at once?

I tried CSV import export please see attached.

Problem I have encountered after import: Status is Completed Successfully, Stage is Ready for Validation, Plans not appearing on the list of Individual Compensation Plan.

Note: this is not migration
