Summary:

Hi Team,

We have assigned a Send notification action at 1st phase - 1st stage of a CSP and this is only for internal employees. System seems to trigger the event but the status shows as 'Message not sent' in Interactions tab. Please let me know if any of you have come across this issue and what is the cause of it.
