Primary Assignment Eligibility

Summary

Some employees are displaying as ineligible for a merit plan even though their current primary assignment is eligible

Content

We have set up a compensation plan eligibility profile with the following criteria

1. Assignment to use = Primary employee assignment only - enterprise

2. Exclude certain pay grades

3. Exclude assignment statuses of "Inactive, Retiree, Suspended, and Terminate"

4. Exclude assignment categories of "Students, Residents, and Retirees"

5. Include anyone with a hire date prior to 8/20/2018

 

However, there are about 10 employees who were terminated and then rehired within the last year who should be eligible for the compensation plan, but who show up as ineligible. That is, the primary assignment was terminated, and a new primary assignment was created when the employee was hired.
