To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Worksheet Approval based on Nominations
Summary:
We have a requirement for standalone Compensation Worksheet Approval chain which will not follow the Line Manager hierarchy
Content (required):
First Approver is a nominated Line Manager in the hierarchy, second level approver will be the People Partner (BU Level Comp Manager) and Final Approver will be the Central Comp Team (Comp Manager having all BU access)
Version (include the version you are using, if applicable):
We can keep the first level approver in employees assignment as a matrix manager or in flex field, but if we use Formula Based hierarchy or matrix manger it'll follow the normal route which is not the expectation here.
