Journey's notifications
Hello,
We are facing an issue in which the email and bell notifications are sent to the wrong line manager after the action Move to HR, hence it creates confusion and has a negative impact to the whole onboarding experience. We need to understand where the notifications are stored before being sent ( keep in mind that the notifications are sent days after the records are created according to the proposed start date). In the meantime, if we can understand where these notifications are stored, we might be able to block them before they are triggered. Does anybody have any recommendations?
