Trying to setup this rest in excel addin vb

hcmRestApi/scim/Users

hcmRestApi/scim/Roles

with no success

Please vb-addin-excel gurus,

It seems not possible to use hcmRestApi/scim/Users with vb-excel-addin.

Can someone put a light why? is it a special REST?

I cannot setup catalog for this.
