How to review sent purchase order notification emails in Cloud?

How to review sent PO emails or any other emails sent out from Oracle Cloud?

Content (required):

Purchase orders and PO related notifications are sent to suppliers.

We do know that the PO Document History shows that notification is sent to certain email address.

And we trust that this email has been sent succesfully to supplier email address.

Is there any place we could review sent emails in Cloud?

Is there any 'mailer' or other place to review/handle emails sent outside from Cloud?

Do normal users have any place for emails handling?
