Report to have budget transfers (Control budget)

We have a requirement to have a report to include the Budget transfers. We tried to get it from the standard reports however, there is no report to fulfill the requirement. Budget import analysis report can be run only for a specific transfer can not be generated for a specific period.

1.Is there any report in which we can only get the budget transfers.

2.What subject area should be used to get the Budget entry name to create a OTBI report.
