Regarding Gigs in Opportunity Market Place.

Would be a great help if someone answers the below questions.

Are there any requisitions created for Gigs in ORC ? I understand the creator would create the posting in the Opportunity Market Place. 

What happens after a Gig applies to a posting ? Will the rest of the process would be handled in Core HR or in ORC ?

Will there be any candidate selection process. If so where are they configured ?

Will the candidate gets Offer ?

What happens after the candidate accepts Offer ?

I understand that there wont be any change in the Employee assignment, then, where is the new Gig assignment seen on the employee record ?
