How best utilize the Public View Objects available in Oracle Cloud?

Summary:

Through Doc ID 2386411.1, I see that there is a spreadsheet providing a list of PVOs and the attributes available in each PVO. However, based on the title, it looks like that list of PVOs is from 21A. The last time that document was updated in was Dec 3, 2021. My question is the following:

1) Is there a refreshed list of PVOs/Attributes available for 23A? If so, where can I obtain this list?

2) Is there an easy way to identify a PVO that is associate with a base table? For example, there exists a table titled MSC_XREF_MAPPING in Oracle Cloud but in the current list of PVOs provided through Doc ID 2386411.1, I don't see any PVO that matches the details in that table.
