I saw a post similar to this, but could not find an answer to my question. We pro-rate salary adjustments based on an employee's time in the organization during the performance year. Those employed for less than the full year receive a prorated share of the adjustment % (e.g., with a 3% budget, an employee hired midway during the year would receive a pro-rated share of 1.5%). We also pro-rate for those employees hired during the 4th quarter of the previous performance year; they are not eligible for an adjustment during their first adjustment cycle. these folks could be pro-rated
