Is anyone seeing an increase in applicant password related issues?
We are seeing an increase in applicant escalations as it relates to several different password related issues:
Here are the three issues we are experiencing:
1. Applicants are not receiving Forgot Password emails, but the applicant history shows that the email was triggered.
2. Applicants are taking the necessary steps to request a temporary password be sent to them. No email is being triggered and the request is not showing in the applicant's history. Applicants will receive the User Name email when requested.
3. From the Admin side we will reset and applicant's password and will then provide the applicant with the temporary password, but the temporary password will not work.
