The Semi-Monthly Salary is not Prorating correctly. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi Everyone,

We have a semi-monthly payroll that is not prorating correctly if an employee is hired or terminated in the middle of the pay period. 

When we created the salary element as: Standard Earnings/ Regular

Proration = Yes

Work Unit Conversions Rule = Periodic Work Schedule Annualized

Proration Conversion Rule = Standard Rate Annualized

Periodicity Conversion Rule = Standard Rate Annualized

Proration Unit = Workday

 

​The employees are Salary employees with Working hours and Standard Working Hours = 40 and FTE = 1.

​The salary is not prorating the salary correctly for the semi-monthly payroll based on the following example:
