    Is it possible to change the date format for the Element Input Value

    Summary:

    The date format for our client is DD/MM/YYYY, but when we navigate to ICP and view the prior requested ICP, the effective start date appears in DD/MM/YYYY but the input value is filled in in YYYY-MM-DD format. Is there a way to fix this? Can the input value format be changed to DD/MM/YYYY?
